These items are all time healthy kitchen favorites whether or not I’m doing a Whole30!
These are products our family loves and have incorporated into our daily or regular rotation. I’ve recommended them countless times over the years as a Whole30 coach! I’ve also included some discount codes to stock up during your reset or reintroduction! Click on the collage above or descriptions below to shop…
If you’re doing a Whole30 this month I’ve got you covered!
I’ve gathered my favorite resources to support you on your Whole3o journey. (Don’t miss my free Whole30 recipe and grocery guide linked at the end of this post.) And, shop more of my recommendations at the end of this post, in my Whole30 Shop, Amazon page, and comment and let me know what your Whole30 favorites are, too…
My advice: If you’re a first timer don’t feel like you need to buy all the things! And take the time to do a little planning/research before you start.
Start with the free resources online or The Whole30 book (a great guide + cookbook in one) and then pick a few items you think you’ll use most to start. (And remember these are great items to have but you don’t NEED them to do a successful Whole30. They just come in handy!) You can always branch out and add to your collection as you go. I also recommend following @whole30 and @whole30recipes on instagram or facebook for motivation and inspiration!
My Whole30 Favorite Finds:
My ride or die Whole30 kitchen essential. I use it to whip up Whole30 Mayo, ranch dressing, and just about any sauce. I love it because it takes up very little space, is affordable (under $50), and easy to clean! Also love this $35 immersion blender with different attachments.
I use two scoops of Whole30 approved peptides in my coffee daily for stronger hair, nails, and more hydrated skin! The unflavored variety can be added to many things and give you the most bang for your buck! Vital Proteins Sampler Boxes are a great way to try before you commit to the full size.
Perfect for organizing your meal plans! Several options/colorways. Use andrea10 for 10% off your order and check out their other customized cards, tags, and more!
4 / nutpods Cinnamon Swirl
This unsweetened dairy free creamer is a must for Whole30 newbies and veterans alike! Not only is it a fabulous addition to coffee and tea, the Original flavor is perfect for adding creaminess to sauces, soups, and salad dressings. Also try the classic four flavor pack French Vanilla, Caramel, Original, and Hazelnut. Order on Amazon or use my code loubiesandlulu for 15% off your first order and free shipping at nutpods.com.
Another daily essential…sometimes twice a day! I use it for heating and frothing nutpods (for my collagen coffee or matcha), almond milk, and more! My kids also love to use it to make hot cocoa. It will also make cold froth, similar to Starbucks “cold foam.” Such a treat and worth every penny! I’m also a big fan of the Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee Machines, some colors currently 20% off! For a budget/travel friendly option check out my favorite hand held frother, under $10.
I have this blender and love that it doesn’t take up a ton of space. It has a single base and three blending options (food processor, blender, and single serve smoothie cup). Currently on sale, 20% off! FYI it can handle ice really well too for the smoothest smoothies and “frozen” drinks!
7 / Yeti Coffee Mug
A daily essential for me! I make my Collagen Coffee in this and I love that it keeps it hot. The 10 oz rambler and 20 oz tumbler are great too!
(original and spicy) Hands down the best unsweetened ketchup! I’m partial to the Spicy version for that perfect kick of flavor but the original is great too. Delicious with oven baked potato wedges. Kid and spouse approved!
Another PK favorite is the Whole30 Starter Kit, a great way to stock your Whole30 pantry! I use Avocado Oil all the time for roasting veggies, and I always make sure I have their yummy mayos to whip up quick tuna or chicken salads for lunch. Their Whole30 Dressings add instant flavor to leftovers and salads!
The newest Whole30 endorsed cookbook! Over 100 budget- and family-friendly recipes from Whole30 Coach and creator of the popular cooking website Whole Food for 7, Autumn Michaelis. This inspired collection is dairy-free and gluten-free, perfect for your Whole30 and Food Freedom lifestyle! I’ve make a few of the recipes so far and would highly recommend!
