I embarked on my first Whole30 in March 2013. I was reluctant to try it, but I’m so thankful I did because it completely changed my relationship with food. I’ve experienced improvements in many aspects of my health since beginning this lifestyle. I love that it’s sustainable and emphasizes nutrient dense foods, while focusing on how your body feels instead of the number on the scale.
I was a Whole30 Certified Coach from the start of the program in August 2017 until the program closed in November 2023! It is no longer in existence but I carry many great memories from my time working with Whole30. During this time frame I posted a lot of content (that you see here) as a coach but I am no longer officially affiliated with the program. Still love it and enjoy sharing about it anytime though! xx
