I’m super excited to invite you to a FREE health-focused Goal Coaching Workshop, THIS Sunday at Pure Barre Preston Hollow. The workshop will begin at 4pm. I’ve been coordinating with my friends to pull this together and make it happen before we start our #JanuaryWhole30 on Monday! I’m very happy everything fell into place…and, I hope you can join us! This workshop will also be great for overall health goal setting, even if you choose not to participate in the Whole30. All are welcome!
Lizzie Somabut, life and goal coach, will be leading the workshop. For more info on Lizzie, head over to visionaries.life. I did a similar goal setting session with her last year, and it really helped me gain focus and insight on how to set and work towards my short and long term goals.
I’m looking forward to doing it again and honing in on what I want to accomplish with this Whole30. I have a tendency to be all over the place with my goals and don’t always know how to separate them into short and long term. I want to do it all at once, ha!
As an added bonus to this workshop, Pure Barre owner, Britta Noble has offered a complimentary class at 3pm, right before the workshop. So if you have a few hours on Sunday, come for class and then stay for the workshop! Or just come for one or the other…I’d love to see you there!
