Meal prepping and cooking at home are an integral part of doing the Whole30. However, when leading busy, social lives, at some point most people are probably going to dine out during the 30 days!
In my experience, it’s important to have a few go-to places, where you know there are great options that fit the guidelines and keep you feeling satisfied. Beyond that, there are helpful tips on the Whole30 Dining Guide that teach you to navigate any restaurant/menu with confidence. Remember that while you should try your best to stick to the guidelines, dining out should be fun! Enjoy yourself and don’t stress out over the small details! Focus on making the smartest choices…
One of the questions I get most often about the Whole30 is, “Where/what can I eat when I dine out?” This week and next, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite Whole30-friendly spots in Dallas. In addition to sharing my favorite places, I’m also going to share what/how to order. I’ve contacted the places I’m featuring to ask questions about ingredients and how the food is prepared…I’ve done the legwork for you! Of course if you see something here and have questions/concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask. I am happy to help you find answers, and of course, want to learn the information as well!
Snap Kitchen is a favorite for healthy grab-and-go meals and juices. Personally, I like their food because its always fresh and flavorful, and they use high quality, local (when possible) ingredients. Daniel Magoon, RDN at Snap Kitchen Dallas was so kind to go over the menus with me and provide a Whole30-friendly list of items on their Winter Menu. Snap also stocks LaCroix sparkling water and unsweetened Honest T iced tea, both Whole30-friendly beverage options. (And, post-Whole30, there are many other fantastic, healthy options as well…something for everyone! I’m a big fan of their Paleo options when not doing a Whole30.)
See the listing below, with links to the ingredients in each meal/juice. And, be sure to enter for a chance to win a $100 Snap Kitchen Gift Card in the giveaway at the end of this post!
