It’s been just two weeks since we were in Utah at the Whole30 Coach Summit! It was a wonderful experience and we were thrilled to attend once again. It’s an honor to learn and coach among this smart, caring, and compassionate group committed to helping others discover improved health and life change!
The Whole30 Coach Summit is put on by Whole3o and generous key sponsors in beautiful Park City!
This year, Waterloo, Chomps, The New Primal, Butcher Box and Vital Proteins were present to share their mission and products for supporting a Whole30/Food Freedom lifestyle. (discounts for you here) It’s three days of educational workshops on a variety of topics, healthy workouts, amazing Whole30 and Food Freedom meals (all meals were provided, y’all!), and time to connect with other coaches, brands, and the Whole30 team!

With plenty of opportunities for movement, athleisure is acceptable most of the time! We had a few things to dress up for, such as the welcome dinner and our presentation. I’m still reflecting on all I learned at Summit and the amazing resources Whole30 equipped us with! It certainly wasn’t all about the clothes, but planning outfits is always a fun part of traveling for me. And, I had some fun exchanges with a few coaches about whether or not we wore all the shoes we shared about packing on instagram!
I want you to know that I’m so thankful for you! If it weren’t for you reading this blog as I’ve shared my Whole30 journey here for the last 6 years, I would not be where I am today.
