Do you have an outfit that just makes you happy when you put it on? I think everyone needs one!
This active look from Bandier is that kind of outfit! Pairing a cropped top with a high waisted bottom is a favorite lately. It’s so flattering and a fun way to mix up proportions. With several chic options out there, it’s hard to choose just one, so I’ve been wearing the look beyond activewear…with my favorite high waist denim as well!
I love the pop of color with stripe/colorblock and the sporty vibe of these P.E. Nation leggings!
My school colors from my hometown of Taos (yay, Tigers!) are orange and black so I was drawn to these because of that and the high performance, compressive fabric. I’d been eyeing this lace up sweatshirt online and when I tried it on, I had to have it….Wesley really does make the perfect sweatshirts! The details are on point! (They also make a great oversized pullover and sweatpants, FYI)
Did you catch yesterday’s post with an update on our January Whole30 coaching group? Part of what makes our Whole30 Dallas Duo program unique is our passion for an active lifestyle (in addition to our passion for the Whole30 of course!)…
This weekend we’re partnering with Bandier and Zyn22 Uptown to offer our members a workout (Zyn Surge) AND a Whole30 curated brunch experience at Mudhen Meat and Greens! How cute are these looks from Bandier Dallas? We’re officially obsessed!!
Zyn22 is a favorite of ours, for their indoor cycling and sculpt/cardio dance workouts! They have four locations in the DFW area and offer a free class for new clients when you create an account with them…they have amazing instructors and beautiful studios. Be sure to check them out!
And, we’ve partnered with Mudhen to offer a Whole30 friendly menu for us to enjoy post workout! (We still have a few spots available for the brunch so if you’re in Dallas and want to join us, email me for details/to be added to the list.)
