Woohoo! Today marks the halfway point of the September Whole30!
If you’re doing the Whole30 this month, keep up the great work and don’t forget to celebrate your Non Scale Victories! Speaking from experience, meal prep fatigue sets in around this time (if it hasn’t already)! Give yourself a break from cooking and dishes with a Snap Kitchen delivery or pick up order! And- head over to instagram where we’re giving away a Snap Kitchen + SOUND Sparkling Tea Whole30 Approved prize package…
I’ve partnered with Snap Kitchen to share “What I Eat in a Whole30 Day!”
I’m not saying to eat exactly what I eat, of course, or that all of your meals have to come from one place. This is just to give you an idea of the delicious variety Snap Kitchen provides with their Whole30 Approved options and how easy it is to mix and match to create your perfect Whole30 day at Snap Kitchen. Use the convenience of these nourishing meals to fill in wherever your day needs them most!
Whole30 Coach Tip: When planning meals keep the Whole30 Meal Planning Template in mind!
A discount for you: Use ANDREA10 for $15 off a single order or $45 off a meal plan
Snap Kitchen’s Whole30 Approved menu has supported my healthy lifestyle for several years…
I know I can always count on it for delicious, satisfying food my whole family loves! There’s something for everyone. And, it’s super easy to locate the Whole30 menu items at Snap Kitchen. Just use the Whole30 filter when ordering on the app or look for the Whole30 approved icon when you’re shopping in store!
Snap Kitchen offers Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner options, as well as snacks and beverages. I’ve created a Two-Day Sample Menu of what “Whole30 at Snap Kitchen” can look like, featuring some of my personal favorites! (And, check out this post for more Whole30/Food Freedom meal inspiration along with my Whole30 approved favorites reel!) I’m sharing mostly entrees here but also be sure to check out their “Components” to build your own entree or add to your plate.
Whole30 Day One Sample Menu
Breakfast: Chopped Brisket Hash with Groundworks Nitro Cold Brew (either black or with a splash of their Chai Cashew Nut Milk… delicious!)
Lunch: Chicken Piccata with Sound Sparkling Green Tea
Dinner: Naked Salmon (Sometimes I add a serving of mashed sweet potatoes or turnip mash from the components menu)
Emergency Food/snacks/extra hydration to have on hand: The New Primal Beef Thins dipped into a Guacamole Cup, Collagen Water + Antioxidant (love the hibiscus flavor!)
Whole30 Day Two Sample Menu
Breakfast: Tessemae’s Chicken Avocado Ranch Power Greens Salad (Give greens for breakfast a try! I like to eat this one with a hard boiled or fried egg!) or Ranchero Scramble
Lunch: Crispy Salmon with Sound Chamomile Sparkling Tea
Dinner: Chimichurri Beef (I add avocado slices to this!)
Emergency food/snacks/extra hydration to have on hand: Chomps Jerky Stick or individual bag of Mediterranean Organic Olives, Super Greens (love this one because its all green and low in sugar), Collagen Water + Immunity.
Snap Kitchen helps us be prepared with healthy food for our week, which is key during a Whole30 and a great habit to continue once your reset is over.
It’s one less thing to think about and incredibly helpful to have food ready to go during our busiest days! I’m strategic about my order and use the prepared meals to fill in when I don’t have time to cook! I love cooking, but I can’t do it everyday. We’re thankful to have found a great balance of homemade and prepared meals that works for our family!
Already a Snap Kitchen fan? What are your favorites?
