I like posting my Sweat Schedule…here’s why:
It holds me accountable for getting my workouts in for the week, and also gives you all a heads up on new studios and/or special offers available. It’s a win-win situation! I realized that last week’s schedule did not include my weights + cardio days, so I am including them on this one. For me, my weight training program is the foundation of my fitness routine!
This week, the focus is on Beyond500, the latest workout from Beyond Studios.
Beyond500 is a circuit workout that combines cardio intervals on Woodway Curve human-powered treadmills with strengthening exercises on the Peak Pilates MVe chair. Oh, and you will burn 500 calories in 50 minutes! I am seriously excited to try it! I keep seeing the previews pop up on social media, and I can’t wait for my turn to try this PHIT workout (Pilates Hybrid Interval Training).
