Happy Friday! Our Whole30 Dallas Duo spring coaching group is in full swing! It’s such a joy to help guide this motivated group of women through their reset. True warriors in every sense of the word, pushing past their comfort zones and creating new habits/disciplines in their lives. Each one of them has their own reasons for doing a Whole30, and its inspiring to watch this group take charge of their health and wellness!

These pieces fit well and are versatile for any workout! I recently wore this combo for a weights/cardio session at the gym and loved it.
