I’m a little late with getting this out, due to the holiday, but better late than never! Hope everyone had a nice, long weekend. At the end of this week, the school year will be over and summer will officially be here…Woohoo! I’m looking forward to a little less structure in our schedule and lots of fun with our family.
Last week’s workouts were awesome, and I was able to attend two classes at the brand-new SoulCycle studio! I loved the change of pace. It was nice not to have to think about what’s coming next, follow the instructor’s lead, and break a good sweat in a group setting. Oh, and have fun in a super-motivating environment! Looking forward to going back soon…
This week, strength training workouts from The Move Project will continue to be my mainstay. I’ll add in yoga at CorePower a couple times for variation. With the change in schedule, I know I can use the time on my mat to feel more calm and centered! And, if you’re interested in trying yoga at CorePower, they offer a free trial week for new students! With three studios in Dallas, they have plenty of classes and times to choose from on their schedule… And, I always forget to include it on the schedule, but Sunday is typically my rest day. Kind of important to note that! 😉
