SWEAT SCHEDULE: WEEK OF OCTOBER 25th

Woohoo!  It’s going to be a fab week of workouts!

I’m starting the week off with Precision Running at Equinox Preston Hollow.  I haven’t been to this class in two weeks, and I’ve missed it!  It’s such an energizing way to jump into Monday morning.  After this class I feel more productive and energetic the rest of the day!  And, as the Six:02 6K race draws near, its good to get in some training intervals.  (If you’re interested in Precision Running, you’re welcome to be my guest for the class!  Just email chiyo.fraser@equinox.com, and she’ll get you set up to join me!)

On Tuesday, I’m hosting a fun morning of fitness, that includes a Best Butt Ever class at 10:30am for Loubies and Lulu readers.  Following class, there’ll be refreshments from Snap Kitchen, gift bags, fantastic raffle prizes, chair massages, and more!  There’s a few spots left…click here for more information and to RSVP!  And, if you can’t make it, but are in the Dallas area, be sure to enter my GIVEAWAY for a chance to win a Fall Fitness Package from Equinox and Snap Kitchen!

I’m finishing off the rest of the week with three Weights + Cardio workouts from The Move Project, and a rest/recovery day…both of which are essential for feeling my best!
