I’m back home in Dallas, and ready to schedule my workouts again!
I am happy to report that I was able to fit some activity in while we were away. Thankful for Taos Spa and Tennis Club when I am visiting! It was fun to workout/train with Ryan, which is a rare occurrence when we are in Dallas. This week I am focusing on getting my weight training routine back on track, and taking a couple of Pilates classes to switch it up. I will be headed to BEYOND Studios Lovers Lane location on Wednesday to join my friend Marisa, (of MARHOW blog) for a PILATESremix session. I have been attending classes at Beyond for a while, and this will be my first time to take a class at this location! I usually go to the Preston Hollow studio or Beyond500. I used my ClassPass to book a Megaformer Pilates class at Studio 6 on Thursday at the Park Lane location. This will be my first time at Studio 6, and I am looking forward to trying it! Of course…I will keep you all posted with the details!
