The first one I did in the fall, together with Natalie, of thirtyeightfive, has received wonderful feedback. I am so pleased to partner with another radiant, expecting friend, Marisa, of MARHOW, for this post. Marisa is 22 weeks along and lives a healthy, active lifestyle. Among her activities, she is an avid yogi, practicing often. Together, we shopped our local lululemon athletica store, on Knox Street in Dallas, to bring you these chic looks for active + expecting moms-to-be!
Marisa and I had fun shopping for new pieces to keep her cool and comfortable during her workouts (and post- workout, too!), while accommodating her growing belly…
The beauty of this series is that because lulu doesn’t have a specific maternity line, these pieces are also perfect to wear after baby arrives! Because, let’s be honest, from experience, I know that no one wants to wear their maternity clothes in the “4th trimester!” In the early weeks and months following baby, it feels so much better to wear non-maternity clothes that are comfortable and make you feel good. By wearing lululemon 4-way stretch pieces, this can be accomplished! And, as the non-pregnant contributor to this series, I would wear all of these outfits myself!
