If this bomber jacket looks familiar, you’re right…it’s been on repeat! I’ve been wearing it with everything lately! (It’s the Alala Bomber Jacket I featured with activewear in this recent post.) I love how it pairs so easily with athleisure looks and dressed up or down with denim. The bomber has become such a wardrobe staple, I’m tempted to get another in army green (also love this reversible one) for spring!
Today I want to share how I go from a daytime look to a casual date night look using this piece. It’s so simple to do, by just switching out shoes and jewelry!
- Start with your favorite jeans as a base. I love this high-rise pair with ripped knees, and they are a steal from Target, at under $30! (Target also has a great promo going on right now, 20% off $75 clothing purchase…)
- Add your favorite v-neck tee.
- For daytime: Complete the look with sleek high-tops. I added these to my sneaker collection recently, and I’m obsessed with them…especially the gold zippers along the back! I also like to pair them with leggings, pre/post workout. Classic aviators are a perfect accessory!
- To dress the look up a bit: Swap out the sneakers for a sexy black pump. I love these from Louise et Cie because they have a unique low cut side, come in a variety of colors and sizes, and are 40% off! I replaced my everyday beaded bracelets with gold bangles and a thin lariat necklace. Add a red lip and you’re out the door! My current favorite is Courage by Vapour Beauty, and I also love Tryst for a more subtle red lip. A silky tank or cami would also look great if you wanted to switch out the tee.
