As we are headed into our Whole 30, I thought it might be helpful to share my favorite tools and gadgets. These are things that make Whole 30 meal prep easier and quicker.  You can do the Whole 30 without them, but having some or all of these things will help  you breeze through your Whole 30 and enjoy your time in the kitchen.  I mean, who doesn’t love a fun new kitchen gadget?  You may already have some of these lying around in your kitchen already!  Click on the items above and below for shopping information…

  • Mandolin/ Slicer:  (pictured below) Slice uniform pieces of fruit and vegetables with ease.
  • Handheld Citrus Juicer:  Get the most juice out of your lemons and limes.
  • Julienne Peeler/Produce Peelers:  Use the julienne peeler to make zucchini “noodles.”
  • Vegetable Scrub Brush/Potato Brush:  Quickly scrub potatoes, vegetables, and more.
  • Blender:  Use for making mayo, salad dressings, sauces, soups, etc.
  • Food Processor:  Great for making cauliflower rice or mash, quickly dicing and chopping vegetables.
  • Box Grater:  For small pieces of fruit and veggies, also can use for cauli-rice if you don’t have food processor.
  • Baking/Cookie Sheets:  Bake large batches of veggies on these.
  • Food Storage Containers: (glass or plastic):  For storing all those yummy leftovers and ready-made meals.
  • Pretty Aprons:  Extend your style to the kitchen!
  • Spiralizer for Vegetables and Fruit:  Make delicious veggie noodles and lots more with this tool.
  • Foil, Parchment Paper, and Foil cupcake liners:  Baking essentials!  Use the liners to make egg or meat muffins.
