Loubies and Lulu | Dallas Blogger | Sweat ScheduleHi everyone!  Finally feels like Spring is here…yay!  I’m in the mood to ramp up my workouts, now that the sun is out.  I wanted to share my Sweat Schedule with you this week, to hold myself accountable for getting my workouts in, and to hopefully inspire you to do the same:-)  Yesterday I did a fun track workout with A Tribe Called Sprinters at SMU, so today I am planning on an active rest day, doing a walk/run around my neighborhood, to work through my soreness!  Here’s what I’ve got planned for the rest of the week…

  • Tuesday:  Weights + Cardio at The Move Project…new cardio equipment has arrived and I need to work up a sweat after my weights session!  Still recovering from Spring Break;-)
  • Wednesday 10:00am:  Looking forward to class at barre3 Frisco!  Its been a while since my last visit, and I’m excited to take class with owner,Tammy Hischke, Wednesday morning.  Love this studio in Frisco Square…
  • Thursday 11:30am:  I’ve been wanting to try a class at Vital at The Joule for a while now, and I’m excited to be headed there on Thursday for Crunch and Lunch-to-Go!  This is an awesome daytime/weekday workout option, with lunch to go for $15, perfect if you are headed back to work, or out to tackle errands before school pick up.  If you can’t make it this Thursday for Energizing Yoga at 11:30, Vital is also offering 15 days of classes for $20 (for first time guests) to sample their line-up.
  • Friday:  Weights + Cardio at Equinox Preston Hollow…my favorite on-my-own workout here lately has been 30-40 minutes of weights, followed by 20 minutes of high intensity intervals on the stair master…
  • Saturday:  Headed to Plano for the Firefly Run!  This is going to be an awesome 5k, and there is still time to get registered if you haven’t yet.  Use my code LOUBIESLULU15 for $5 off.  Update:  My daughter will not be able to join me for this run after all.  The social life of a 12 year old these days is quite active apparently, and she will be attending a party for one of her BFFs that night.  BUT, we have decided to honor our commitment to running a 5K together, and will be doing the Central Market Thrill of the Grill 5K on April 11th!  I recruited a friend to join me for the Firefly Run, and so we will be turning it into a Mom’s Night Out, and may even enjoy a margarita afterwards 🙂
