Sweat Schedule | Equinox | Plum Yoga Looking forward to starting off my week once again with Precision Running at Equinox Preston Hollow!

I did this class last Monday morning coupled with weights (on my own), and loved the energy boost it gave me!  (I will be adding strength training this week, too.)  Modifications are plentiful for this class, and you don’t have to run the entire time (if you don’t want to).  I like to do this class utilizing walk/run intervals. Crystal Pollard leads the class and will definitely push you to get the most out of your workout.  Last week she even gave me some super helpful tips to improve my running form…gotta love that!  If you want to try this class, or check out Equinox, let me know by commenting or emailing me (andrea@loubiesandlulu.com).  I’d be happy to send you an invite for a guest pass to try it out!

Continuing with my goal to hit four Weights + Cardio sessions/week…

It felt great last week to complete four resistance training workouts, along with the classes.  It is so much easier to be consistent when a plan is in place!  I’ll be following my program from The Move Project.  Typically, I do 30-45 minutes of resistance training, followed by 20 minutes of interval cardio on either the bike, step mill, treadmill, or elliptical.  Click here for some of the programs they’ve put together for me in the past…

I’ll be visiting Plum Yoga this Thursday…

I had to postpone the class I’d scheduled last week, so I’m now I’m really looking forward to visiting this new studio!  I’m planning to arrive early to check out the artisanal tea room and boutique before class.  Once again, I signed up for the Express Yoga + Core class.  I’m hoping to try a couple more classes next week as well.  Currently, they have a 10 days for $10 special for new students!

And of course, I’ve included a few of the latest pieces that I have my eye on below…Thanks for stopping by!
