Up until this point, I have talked about how much I love my weightlifting workouts, but I have not given many details as to what I really do. I am going to start posting gym workouts that I actually do, as well as home workouts that I use when I can’t make it to the gym. Currently, I start out with a 10 minute warm-up on either the elliptical or the treadmill. Then I do between 20-40 minutes of movements with weights. I finish my workout with 20-30 minutes of cardio, usually on the stepmill, treadmill, or bike. I do this four times per week. This is my baseline. Then I add in yoga, pilates, or another group fitness classes to mix things up. So….please stay tuned for my workout posts starting this week. I am excited to share them with you all!
