lululemon Cropped Tops + High Rise Leggings

Happy Friday!  How is June passing by so quickly?  I don’t know about you, but I need summer to slow down a bit.  Thankfully, we’ll be headed to Taos soon!  I’m looking forward to loosely scheduled days there…more on that next week!

I didn’t really think crop tops were going to be a thing for me…until I tried them with high rise leggings. I love this pairing and think it’s super flattering!  When I say high rise, I mean up to the belly button high.  I reach for my Align Pants often because the fit and seaming are on point!  This style is available in several colors and in a cropped length.  Once you try them, you’ll want to wear them all the time…they’re incredibly comfortable!  (See them styled differently here and here.)

The cropped tops from lululemon this season have been a favorite, worn over a unique sports bra (like this one)!  They feature details such as burnout fabrics, wrap or knot ties, and cut outs.  This tank can also be worn wrapped and tied in front or on the side.  If you’re not into the cropped look I also love this full length tie back tank…

Slightly relaxed and less fitted is what I look for in a cropped tank or tee.  Most can be worn for a workout or casually.  I also love the cropped jackets I’m seeing this summer!  Be sure to scroll through my top cropped finds at the end of the post…

To take this look from a workout to brunch, just tie a long sleeve top around your waist, slip on a pair of platform espadrilles, and a add a tote bag.  Makes for a quick and easy transition!

And speaking of brunch, be sure to check out tomorrow’s post, featuring a favorite local Whole30 friendly brunch spot.  You won’t want to miss this one…it’s going to be good!  (Did you know you can register for my newsletter to receive an email when a new post goes live?)

Pair your cropped tank or tee with high rise leggings for a fresh spin on athleisure! Add espadrille flats, a shirt tied around the waist, and a tote, and you're set!
