Last week I was sick one day, so I did not get all my workouts in as planned. I did one yoga class, one BodyPump class, and three weightlifting workouts. I felt like I was not at 100 percent, getting over being sick, but I am glad I made it in anyway.
This week I am aiming for 4 weightlifting days and our neighborhood’s first ever Thanksgiving Gravy Train 5K Run. My whole family is planning on doing it together. I am not much of a runner, but my daughter and I are going to run/walk, and hubby is going to push the little one in the stroller. Hopefully we can get the grandparents to join in as well! I am looking forward to this because we have done the city’s Turkey Trot in the past, and it is really fun, but it can be an ordeal to get downtown and back home to cook. This is literally right in our backyard, so there is no excuse not to join in the fun!
