Summer is officially here! I don’t know about you, but I am looking forward to traveling and a break from our normal school-year schedule. That being said, it can be a difficult during the summer months to stay consistent with working out. My strategy for staying on track is to mix up my workout routine and commit to some fun classes to keep me motivated. I love Flywheel because I can pop in for a cycle or barre class and be in and out in an hour. I don’t even have to think about it! The instructors are wonderful, and I am challenged every time I take a class there.
Now is a great time to try Flywheel and Flybarre if you haven’t already! (Check out my previous class reviews here, here, and here.) They are launching new pricing at the Plano location. In addition to that, there is going to be a Community Appreciation event this weekend, June 7th and 8th. There will be special themed classes for both Flywheel and Flybarre. Their Community Partners will also be on site offering giveaways and promotions. (Eatzi’s Drybar, Blue Mesa, and Snappy Salads, just to name a few!) For a complete listing, check out the Facebook event page for “Fly into Summer!” I have already gone through and selected the classes I can attend for the event. I am looking forward to flying and pulsing this week!
Here is my schedule…I’d love for some of y’all to join me! Comment below if you can make it, so that I can look for you to say hi! I am going to take the 6:30pm Flybarre 60 Class with Terrah tomorrow, Wednesday, (6/4). Her class is not to be missed! It is intense, but really fun. I did not score tickets to the upcoming Jay-Z and Beyonce concert, BUT I am looking forward to the Jay-Z vs. Beyonce vs. Solange Flywheel ride on Saturday, 6/7, with Mark and Thomas at 4:15pm. Its going to be awesome…can’t wait! If you can’t make it to the event this weekend, don’t miss your chance to FLY this summer. Your first Flywheel/Flybarre class is always free. You just have to create an account online and make a reservation. They make it easy for you to try it out, so go for it! Cycling shoes and towels are provided, so all you have to bring is yourself and a big bottle of water;-)
