Finished your Whole30…what’s next? Reintroduction Guide & Events

Day 31…WE finished the Whole30!  

Congratulations to all who completed this life-changing reset!  You should be so proud of yourself for doing something healthy for YOU to start the year!  We’re keeping up the momentum with TWO more fun fitness events as we go through our reintroduction, in true Whole30 Dallas Duo style…details below!  

I’m especially proud of our coaching group rockstars, who we’ve worked with throughout the 30 day reset.  And, we’re continuing to guide them through their 10 day reintroduction, which starts today!  

Did you know our Dallas Duo coaching program includes reintroduction?  This is to ensure you benefit as much as possible from your experience.  Interested?  We’re planning two more group coaching sessions this year, spring and fall.  Stay tuned for dates…
