Lately, I’ve been dress obsessed! While shopping for summer I’ve gravitated mostly towards them, ignoring shorts…for now, anyway! Wearing a dress simplifies the question of what to wear; you only have to think about one piece, add shoes and accessories and you’re done. When wearing an open back dress I like to have a good stick-on bra and a bit of a (faux!) glow. I wore a Nu-Bra Ultra Lite, and was happy with the support and coverage. Styling Tip: To make sure it adheres well, be sure to wipe away any lotion or oils from your skin before applying the bra. Even a little will cause it to slip once your body heats up or you start to sweat! You definitely want to avoid that!
As far as getting the glow, sometimes I self-tan at home, for convenience. But, I never can seem to get the super-even color and coverage I’m looking for! (If you have an at home formula you love, please comment and fill me in!) Recently, with a few events to attend, I treated myself to a professional airbrush tan from The Tan Bar in Dallas. Let’s just say I’m hooked! I wish I could go every week! It’s a little more expensive than at-home stuff or spray booths, but the result is so much better. I got the glow/color I wanted and it lasted over a week.
