One of my favorite (clothing-related) things about summer is all of the great tank and dress options out there to show off a strong back. Whether it is strappy, racerback, halter, backless…you name it, I love it! The only challenge is to find a compatible bra, but this season it seems that there are plenty of options to choose from. And, some of them are so pretty, you just might want to let the straps peek out! Here are 3 of my favorite back exercises to add into any workout. For more muscle development, add weight and do 3 sets of 8-10 reps. For a muscular endurance workout, use lighter weight and do 1-2 sets of 20-25 reps per exercise.
