SWEAT SCHEDULE: WEEK OF FEBRUARY 16th

IMG_9166January was sort of unpredictable!  Because of this, workouts were consistent, but squeezed in wherever I could.  Settling into my schedule (finally!), I’m sharing this week’s Sweat Schedule with you!  I am really excited about this week’s line-up that includes NEW classes and studios.

  • First up is Beyond Studios-Preston Hollow, which has added some exciting new classes to their schedule.  And, they have brought the popular Woodway Curve treadmills to this studio, using them as an added cardio component to some classes.  As you know from reading my write-ups on Beyond500, I love the Curves!  This week I signed up for the Reformer + Chair, and pHIT Chair Classes.
  • On Thursday, I’m looking forward to trying Dallas’ latest cycling studio, The Ride House.  I have heard great things about this brand-new studio already, and am curious to try the Schwinn Carbon Blue bikes they feature.  In addition to their cycling line-up, The Ride House also offers cross-training classes.  If you create an account on their site, you will be credited with two free classes!
