Sweat Schedule: Week of May 22nd

Soul Cycle Dallas | Core Power YogaHope everyone had a great weekend!  I’m winding down after a very busy but fun couple of days with my family. Headed to bed early tonight, and looking forward to this week’s workouts!

I’m aiming for 4 strength training workouts again this week using my program from The Move Project, and two classes.  Last week I hit all of the workouts except for one…that’s pretty good, in my opinion! 

Taking yoga last week felt wonderful, and I’m can’t wait to be on my mat again at CorePower on Tuesday.  CPY offers a free week of classes for new students!  If you’ve been wanting to try it, the free week is the perfect way to do that…  

I’m super excited to check out the brand new SoulCycle studio opening this week in Dallas!  Its been on my radar for a while now, for their popular classes as well as their sporty chic clothing collection. I will keep you posted, of course!
