SWEAT SCHEDULE: WEEK OF MARCH 30th

IMG_0004Hi!  Hope everyone had a great weekend!  I’m excited to try some new things this week.  Here’s what I have planned…how are YOU planning to sweat this week, before the holiday weekend hits?

  • Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday, Weights + Cardio:  My goal is to hit three of these workouts this week.  If I get a fourth, I will be psyched!
  • Wednesday, Beyond500 at Preston Hollow:  I’ve done the Beyond500 workout before, but this will be the first time I take this class at Preston Hollow.  Y’all already know that I love this studio, but especially so, because they make it easy for busy moms to get their workout in.  FREE childcare is offered (for members) at Adventure Kids next door to the studio!  Gotta love that!
  • Thursday, Yoga in the Active Living Room at Lorna Jane Plano:  A good friend is teaching a FREE class here, and invited me to come.  I am looking forward to taking her class, and experiencing the Active Living Room concept at Lorna Jane!  Also, all attendees will receive 10% off any purchase:-)
