Second week of December….how are y’all doing on your workouts?  

Like most of you, I have been short on time, but squeezing those classes and workouts in works wonders for how I feel.  My stress level drops after I exercise, even if it is a quick 30 minute session.  It  is SO worth it!

Another thing that has been helpful this month is my Mini-Whole30 Reset

I started the Monday after Thanksgiving.  It’s helped me bounce back after a couple of days of holiday treats, and renewed my energy levels.  If you have not heard of the Whole30 yet check it out at whole30.com and pick up a copy of “It Starts With Food.”  I will be doing a full Whole30 in January, and would LOVE to have you join me!!  I did my first one in March of 2013, and it literally changed my life and my relationship with food.  All of my Whole30 posts can be found under the Whole30 menu tab….
