Despite traveling, we managed to squeeze workouts in to keep us feeling balanced. I find it makes a huge difference in energy/stress levels if I don’t skip out on exercise, even when it gets busy or I don’t feel like it! If I don’t have time for a full workout, even a brisk walk outside or at-home workout can do wonders for my mood and stress level. Doing something active every day is key to a healthy holiday season!
