Its almost here….Flywheel is expanding in Texas, and they are bringing FlyBarre to Plano! FlyBarre is a full body workout designed to increase strength, muscle tone, and energy. The classes are fast-paced, highly energetic, and challenging. It is a body sculpting workout that blends the best of light weight training, dance, and core strengthening moves.
