FIRST IMPRESSIONS The studio itself is beautifully decorated and airy. Equipment is top notch and brand new. The staff at the front desk are super friendly and helpful. There is a lot of natural light flowing in the studio, pretty setting! They have a juice bar offering juices and raw snacks. There is also an area with active and casual clothing from brands such as Splits 59. I like their motto: beautiful, athletic, real.
THE WORKOUT Kimberly was the instructor. I have done reformer classes before, but this was different in a good way! The entire class was set to music, which I loved. I would say the focus was on leg work, but also hit arms and abs too. She explained the exercises well and was very motivating. The class flowed from work on the reformer machine to doing resistance training on the floor using hand weights, resistance bands, and weighted bars. We also did bursts of short intense cardio, such as jumping jacks, running in place, and squat jumps.
