After a couple of highly eventful months, I’m looking forward to visiting Taos in a few weeks! Our Whole30 Wellness Retreat coming up, and the timing couldn’t be better!
Taos, NM (my hometown) plays a major role in my inspiration for becoming a Whole30 Certified Coach and my vision for our retreat! Four years ago, I guided a group of my family members (in Taos) through their first Whole30. It was a wonderful, memorable experience that created a stronger bond between us. I recently read the recap post and got emotional seeing our before/after photos, thinking about the connection that was created by doing the Whole30 together…
During that time, I witnessed the power of group support and community when it comes to changing your health, habits, and relationship with food. Seeing their transformations (along with my own!) inspired me to pursue coaching so I could help others experience the same benefits!
Fast forward to today, as a Whole30 Certified Coach I’ve partnered with Angelisa Murray, of Heritage Inspirations and El Monte Sagrado Resort to offer a similar experience while immersed in the beautiful surroundings and culture of Taos. All are welcome, no prior Whole30 experience required. This is perfect for anyone who’s looking for a renewing weekend, while learning more about building healthy habits. And, maybe even consider trying the #Whole30 in January!

Warmup leggings are a favorite style…super flattering and comfortable! They’re also available in solid black (charcoal), which of course, happens to be a favorite as well. IMO, they’re true to size except for pink. I sized up in this color. The textured compression fabric is great for exploring and hiking!
While I’m in Taos I love to hike and enjoy being outside any chance I get. My new Merrell trail runners will definitely be on my retreat weekend packing list! They fit incredibly well and are light, yet comfortable and supportive. And bonus, the pink just happens to match my leggings…gotta love that!
