Can’t beat the savory, roasted flavor, and surprise factor…

While shishito peppers are generally mild, 1 in 10 have a lively warmth! A fun surprise, you never know what you’re going to get! Creamy dips are a great compliment to the flavor and occasional pop of heat. Plus, who doesn’t like a tasty dip?! The two-bite size and mild nature of these peppers make them kid friendly, too!

This was a great hit with my family! It is a good thing I read the part about turning them over (broiler method). We used Zhoung Sauce from Trader Joe’s (Whole30 compliant) as one of our dips, and that was a nice compliment to the peppers.
