Happy Friday! I love to wear all white in the summer. It’s such a crisp, clean look! I’m constantly on the lookout for white staple pieces with special details. Big or small, eyelet is one of my go-to summer fabrics. So far, I’ve worn this top as shown here and with dark denim skinnies and sandals. It’s already become a favorite piece!
Shorts have not always been my favorite thing to wear! But, over the last few years, I’ve warmed up to them. Texas summers are so hot…they’re a necessity here! While I still prefer skirts and dresses, I’ve finally made peace with shorts. It’s all about finding the perfect fit/style for your body…and, a little self tanner doesn’t hurt either!
I’m a fan of anything high rise, so I immediately loved these button-fly shorts! They hit right under the belly button, and accentuate the waist. Especially with a top tucked in. Love the pockets in front and back. I’m wearing them cuffed, but they look cute uncuffed too! They’re the perfect length (4″ inseam), not too short, but not too long! Gladiator sandals are comfy and great for days you’ll do a lot of walking! Love the lace up details and nude color that goes with everything. (Also available in other colors + metallics.) If you’re looking for a cute straw tote, this is a great budget friendly option, under $30!
And, last but not least, I’m never without my O-venture Key ring and wallet. I have a few of these sets and they are an everyday essential! I can keep everything in one place with this super practical yet chic accessory. The case fits my cards, cash, lipgloss, and phone. I opted for this neutral mocha set recently, but they are also available in several other colors!
