I heard that We Yogis was celebrating their 1 Year anniversary this weekend, AND that Ivivva was going to be there to promote their Dallas showroom. So, of course my daughter, Marisa and I wanted to be there! I signed myself up for Rockin’ Yogis with Maggie Niemec, and signed the kids up for Future Yogis Care (they have childcare available for almost all of their classes). I have been to We Yogis before, but never taken this class before. It was great! It was a very challenging flow focused on breath and strength. I felt very sweaty and energized afterwards. Love that! Congratulations to Diana Rodgers and everyone at We Yogis on your 1 Year Anniversary. I love We Yogis because it is a unique and wonderful studio to practice yoga in Dallas. It is a little bit of a drive for me, but worth it for the great classes/teachers, and the fact that they have childcare! The Anniversary Bash continues tonight and tomorrow. You can bring a friend for a free. The Hawaiiana and Trend Zen are there with trunk shows as well! Lots of great stuff!
Let me just say that we are super excited that Ivivva is coming to Dallas! Ivivva was created in 2009 by Lululemon. Basically, its Lululemon for girls sizes 4-14. They use the same high performance fabrics as used in regular Lululemon clothing. It is high quality athletic wear for active girls. Like Lululemon, they offer their products in fashionable colors, prints, and styles. Marisa and I spent some time looking at the Ivivva pieces that were brought in for the sneak peek. She fell in love with the “Double Dutch” Tank and the “Live Love Dance” Tank. They were also giving away headbands, which she was very happy about! She gets lots of use out of the Ivivva pieces she already has, wearing them to her dance classes multiple times per week. Everything we have ordered from Ivivva has been great quality. It is very durable and washes well. We are both thrilled that soon we will have a showroom, and hopefully a store, here in Dallas! Previously, we have ordered online, and while that is easy, it will be nice to visit a store to try on things for size and fit.
