Recently, I had been on the lookout for a tiered white dress. I love tiered dresses because they give you a crop top look, but all in one-piece. I was at Forever 21 a couple weeks ago, looking for some basic tanks, when I came across this little white tiered dress in the “Love 21” section of the store. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I was not expecting to find it at F21! It is made of a unique textured fabric and is fully lined. A great bargain at under $30!
