SWEAT SCHEDULE | WEEK OF OCTOBER 11th

Sweat Schedule | Equinox | Six:02 | Beyond500

Starting off the week with a Weights + Cardio session bright and early (for me!), before heading out to have some fun with the kids on their day off!  Once again, aiming for 4 sessions of resistance training this week…feeling strong!

Beyond500 is celebrating their One Year Anniversary and will be having special classes all week!  I just signed up for the 9:30am Wednesday class.  Beyond500 is a sure-fire energy boost, especially mid-week!  Sign up for the select anniversary classes HERE!  In these classes there will be special giveaways, not to be missed!

Also wanted to mention that I just registered for the Six:02 6K!  I’m excited to see how the resistance training coupled with run intervals in Precision Running and Beyond500 classes will help prep me for the race.  The Six:02 6K is on November 14th, and sounds really fun!  Entry to the race includes the Sweaty to Ready Salon, where all runners are welcome to enjoy post-race pampering with massages, manicures, hair styling, and more!  Be sure to check it out, and let me know if you sign up…would love to see you there!  Use the code SIX02DALLAS for $5 off your entry fee.
