Trying something different today, and going for the bold stripes!
My last post was all about the traditional fall colors available at Athleta; navy, maroon, forest green. In addition to those, they have a striking lineup of black and white contrast prints and vibrant solids. I love a good b&w print, and usually pair it with solid black or white…simple, right? But, they’re also fun to pair with an eye-catching pop of color!
I chose a cobalt pullover for this look, but the pieces in bright pink and chartreuse also caught my attention….
Either would also be so cute with b&w! The lightweight, slightly sheer Clarity Pullover is the perfect layering piece headed into fall. Throw it on post-workout, and let the details of your sports bra or tank peek through the cutout in back. Looking for a sports bra that has a little more length? Check out the Beloved Bralette, which is a bit longer, and has pretty crossed straps. I can see myself wearing it for yoga, but also under draped or open back sweaters. Last but not least, the Chaturanga Stripes Capri are a new favorite! Wasn’t sure how I would like the stripes, but once I slipped them on, I knew I had to have them. These will add some fun to my active look this fall!
